What renewal is here
Rooms are sized for one booking at a time or paired slots when we publish them. You choose length from the booking tool; staff scan at turnover to reset seating and blankets. Windows face interior corridors—privacy without isolation from the building’s safety rhythm.

Room norms we share
Arrive on time; late arrivals may lose the slot so the next visitor can start cleanly. Phones on silent, voice low, and food confined to the café area outside renewal rooms. We post these notes at the door—no hidden rules. If you need to leave early, notify the desk so we can reset the room.
Questions we hear often
Standard blocks appear in the booking tool. If you need a shorter stay, choose the smallest block and exit early—staff scan the room at turnover. If you need a longer stretch, ask the desk about seasonal series when we publish them.
We ask visitors to skip strong perfumes inside renewal rooms. Cleaning uses mild products; ingredient sheets are available at reception.
You may use provided ambient tracks or silence. Personal audio is fine with headphones at a level that cannot be heard at the door.
Dimmers are inside each room. If temperature feels off, tell staff at exit—we log maintenance tickets without unnecessary personal detail.
Shared slots appear only when listed. Otherwise bookings are for one party; ask us for companion options before you pay.

Return blankets to labeled bins, align seating, and note anything that felt off—temperature, sound, or door seal. Operational feedback helps the next visitor without tying comments to identity unless you choose to leave contact details.
