Overview

We publish session types, durations, and prices before you pay. When you complete payment, you accept the time window subject to this policy and to any separate terms shown at booking. We keep records as described in our Privacy Policy.

Quick reference. Cancel at least twenty-four hours before start for a full refund path; shorter notice may yield a partial credit. We may cancel for maintenance or safety and will offer a refund or reschedule.

Cancellations you initiate

If you cancel at least twenty-four hours before the scheduled start, we refund the paid amount to the original payment method within seven business days, or we can credit your account toward a future booking if you prefer. If you cancel within twenty-four hours of the start, we may issue a fifty percent credit toward a future booking when staff can confirm capacity; cash refunds for late cancellations are not guaranteed.

Same-day illness or emergencies may be reviewed case by case; documentation may be requested when a credit is disputed internally.

Cancellations we initiate

We may cancel sessions because of maintenance, instructor availability, safety concerns, or force majeure events. When we cancel, you may choose a full refund or rescheduling without an additional fee. We notify you using the contact details you provided.

Late arrival and no-shows

Late entry may be declined if it would disrupt other visitors or safety rotations. Missing a session without notice is treated as a completed booking for capacity planning. Refunds are not issued for no-shows unless we agree to an exception in writing.

Refunds and credits

Refunds return to the original payment method unless fraud prevention rules require otherwise. Credits expire when stated at issuance; if no date is stated, credits expire twelve months from issue unless prohibited by law.

Payment disputes

Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can review transaction references, dates, and cancellation timestamps. Chargebacks may delay resolution while card networks process the case. We provide good-faith cooperation under network rules.

Packages and series

If you purchase multi-visit packages, partial refunds may be calculated based on the number of unused sessions and the effective per-session rate at purchase, minus any discounts that depended on completing the full package.

Transfers and gifting

Unless we approve in writing, bookings and credits are for the named participant and may not be sold or transferred. Promotional offers cannot be combined when terms prohibit stacking.
